ORDER DEADLINE WE DO NOT SHIP TREES – PICK UP ONLY 2025 SWCD TREE & SHRUB PICK UP IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR MAY 2-3, 2025 WE DO NOT SHIP TREES – PICK UP ONLY Order deadline: April 11 (or when stock is depleted) Bundles contain 25 bare root trees or shrub seedlings from 8” tall to 18” tall. WE DO NOT SHIP TREES – PICK UP ONLY The SWCD reserves the right to substitute sizes and stock if needed. Trees will tentatively be available for pick- up the last week of April. Postcards & E-mails will be sent out in April confirming pickup dates, times, and location. Unless prior arrangements are made, trees not picked up on the scheduled dates will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. Because of the perishable nature of trees & shrubs, the SWCD is not responsible for their condition after picked up by customers or if picked up after scheduled dates. Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Deadline to cancel an order is February 21, 2025. The SWCD has a tree planting machine available to rent for planting large blocks of trees.
